Coastal R.O.W. Services was founded in 1980 by Winston Sizemore to serve the Oilfield & Pipeline Construction Industries as a Clearing and Right of Way Maintenance Contractor. Throughout the years Coastal R.O.W. has evolved from just serving our clients’ needs in clearing and maintaining right of ways and have branched out into multiple areas. Coastal R.O.W. now provides our clients with experienced and qualified craftsmen that perform a multitude of other services, including: Mainline Pipeline Construction & Maintenance; Pipeline Pigging/Rehabilitation/Hydrotesting/Cleaning/Drying; Site Preparation & Civil Construction; Facility/Meter/Pump/Compressor Station Installations; Lease Crews; and Sandblasting/Coating Services.
